Thanks to the League's generous support of the Center for the Critically Ill Child, the Simulator Program continues to enhance the frequency and breadth of orientation training, skills acquisition programs, critical incident training, and communication training for our intensive care team. Our simulator program provides learning encounters for a host of pediatric staff, including staff members from the Medical/Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, Department of Anesthesia, Emergency Department, Respiratory Care, and Department of General Pediatrics.
